Evo Visa is a private consultancy firm and is not affiliated with any government embassy. Our charges consist of:

  • Government Fees: The official fee required by the respective country’s embassy for visa processing.

  • Service Fees: Our professional charges for document verification, expert consultation, and application management.

3. No-Refund Policy

  • Finality of Payment: Once an application is submitted to our experts for review or processed with the government authorities, the Service Fee is considered fully earned and is 100% non-refundable.

  • Government Fees: Official visa fees are non-refundable as per international immigration laws once the application is lodged with the embassy.

  • Rejection Clause: The approval or rejection of a visa is the sole prerogative of the embassy. Evo Visa does not guarantee visa approval. In the event of a visa rejection, no refunds will be issued as the processing service has already been completed.

4. Cancellation Terms

  • Since our visa processing and document review begin immediately after payment is confirmed to ensure the fastest delivery, we do not offer a cancellation or cooling-off period. Once the transaction is completed, it is considered final, and no cancellation requests will be entertained.

5. Accuracy of Information

Evo Visa is not liable for any financial loss or visa rejection caused by incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the applicant. In such cases, the fees remain non-refundable.
