1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using https://evovisa.com (the “Website”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your professional relationship with Evo Visa regarding all our service offerings, including electronic visa (e-Visa) assistance, worldwide flight bookings, hotel reservations, and curated tour packages. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must cease using our website and services immediately.

2. Description of Services

Evo Visa operates as a premier, private travel consultancy firm and digital travel aggregator. We offer professional management, assistance, and facilitation for the following services:

• e-Visa Services: Pre-screening, document verification, application structuring, and submission of electronic visas (e-Visas) for international destinations worldwide.

• Automated Flight Bookings (via Travelpayouts Network): Providing an online search and automated booking engine for global and domestic flights via our partner network.

• Automated Hotel Reservations (via LiteAPI Network): Providing an online booking engine for worldwide accommodations and hotel rooms.

3. Professional Disclaimer (Not a Government Body)

You hereby explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Private Entity: Evo Visa is an independent, private firm and is not a direct airline carrier, hotel property owner, or government body.

• Flight Liabilities (Travelpayouts): Evo Visa does not operate any flights or aircraft. All flight bookings made through our search engine are processed by our partner networks and the respective airlines. Any issues regarding flight cancellations, delays, schedule changes, baggage loss, or denied boarding are the sole legal responsibility of the operating airline.

• Hotel Liabilities (LiteAPI): Evo Visa does not own or manage any hotel properties. All accommodation bookings are fulfilled via the LiteAPI developer network. Any discrepancies regarding hotel room availability, property conditions, overbookings, check-in issues, or local resort fees are the sole responsibility of the respective hotel management.

• Visa Issuance Authority: The sole authority to approve or reject a visa application rests entirely with the Immigration Department or Government of the respective destination country. Evo Visa cannot guarantee visa approvals.

• Facilitator Role: For flight tickets, hotel rooms, and ready-made tour packages, Evo Visa acts strictly as a booking facilitator. All final confirmations, operational schedules, and service deliveries are subject to the availability, operational changes, and core terms of third-party providers (airlines, hotels, and consolidators).

• Service Fees: Our professional service fees are charged for administrative efforts, document review, and consultancy. These fees are independent of the final visa outcome or third-party booking availability.

4. User Obligations & Document Accuracy

• Data Integrity: The applicant/user is entirely responsible for providing 100% genuine, valid, and accurate identity details, passport copies, and financial/supporting documents.

• User Liability: Any visa rejection, boarding denial, legal complication, or financial loss resulting from inaccurate, expired, or fraudulent data provided by the user is the sole liability of the user.

• Travel Compliance: It is the user’s personal responsibility to ensure they meet the specific health, passport validity (minimum 6 months), and entry requirements of their destination country before departure.

5. Processing Timelines & External Disruptions

• Delays & Force Majeure: Evo Visa is not liable for service delays, application pending statuses, or disruptions caused by government server downtimes, immigration backlogs, airline rescheduling, flight cancellations, hotel overbooking, public holidays, or unexpected security checks.

• Financial Risk: We strongly advise clients against making non-refundable travel or logistical arrangements until their e-Visa is officially granted and primary travel bookings are confirmed by the providers. Evo Visa is not responsible for any peripheral financial losses due to third-party delays.

6. Payments, Cancellations, & Anti-Chargeback Agreement

• Financial Transactions: All payments made on the Website are processed through authorized secure gateways. Rates, seat inventories, and hotel tariffs fluctuate in real-time based on live global feeds and are not guaranteed until the ticket/voucher is officially issued.

• Refund Governance: All cancellations, date changes, and refund requests are strictly governed by the specific fare-rules of the respective airline (for Travelpayouts bookings) and cancellation policies of the specific hotel provider (for LiteAPI bookings). Evo Visa has zero independent authority to issue refunds or waive cancellation penalties imposed by the suppliers.

• Anti-Chargeback Commitment: The user explicitly agrees not to initiate unauthorized chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes through their banking institution or credit card provider without first reaching out to Evo Visa support. The user acknowledges that doing so constitutes a breach of this contract.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, branding, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and website layouts displayed on https://evovisa.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Evo Visa. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be interpreted, construed, and governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
