This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding refunds for all services provided through https://evovisa.com, including visa processing, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and tour packages. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
2. Service Model & Fees
Evo Visa acts as a private consultancy for visa processing and a facilitator for travel bookings. Our charges consist of:
Government/Provider Fees: Official fees charged by embassies for visas, or by airlines/hotels for bookings.
Service Fees: Our professional charges for consultancy, document verification, and booking management.
3. Visa Services: No-Refund Policy
Finality of Payment: Once a visa application is submitted to our experts for review or lodged with government authorities, the Service Fee is 100% non-refundable.
Government Fees: As per international immigration laws, official embassy fees are strictly non-refundable once an application is processed.
Rejection Clause: Visa approval is the sole prerogative of the respective embassy. Evo Visa does not guarantee approval; in the event of a rejection, no refunds are issued.
4. Flight, Hotel & Tour Bookings: Cancellation Policy
Unlike visa services, flight and hotel bookings are subject to the specific cancellation policies of the service providers (airlines, hotels, or tour operators):
Provider Policies: All cancellations or changes are governed by the rules of the respective airline or hotel. If a provider allows a refund, Evo Visa will process it after deducting our applicable administrative service fees.
Non-Refundable Bookings: For bookings marked as “Non-Refundable,” no refunds will be provided by the provider or Evo Visa.
Refund Processing: Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed within the timelines stipulated by the service provider. Any payment gateway charges incurred during the original transaction are non-refundable.
5. Accuracy of Information
Evo Visa is not liable for financial loss, visa rejection, or booking cancellations caused by incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the applicant. In such cases, all fees remain non-refundable.
6. No-Cancellation Period
To ensure the fastest service, processing for visas and bookings begins immediately upon payment. Therefore, we do not offer a “cooling-off” period. Once a transaction is finalised, cancellation requests are governed strictly by the terms mentioned in sections 3 and 4.
7. Dedicated Customer Support
Our support team is dedicated to assisting you; however, staff members do not have the authority to override this policy.
